Order Issues
Can I cancel or edit my order?
Orders placed are non-refundable and not amendable. Special considerations for changes are subjected to our availability and ability to accomodate.
Where can I check for my order ID/order confirmation?
Check your email or junk mail after the order has been made. A confirmation email should be sent to you after payment and order is made.
What payment methods are available?
Online orders: ApplePay, GooglePay, MasterCard, Paynow, Visa
At the shop: Cash, Paynow, Paylah, Grabpay and government vouchers e.g. (CDC, NSlife)

Is Hung Huat Halal-Certified?
Hung Huat is not Halal-Certified but we are Muslim-friendly. We do not use pork/lard in all our bakes and are 100% vegetarian-friendly.
What is Hung Huat's return and/or exchange policy?
All food items that are sold are non-exchangable. We request all our customer to check through the order to make sure that the items are correct and in good condition at the earliest opportunity. Please be assured that we take pride in our quality control and will do our best to make sure that all products are in optimal condition before sale.
Shipping FAQs
What time will my bakes reach me when I opt for delivery?
Peak season (Chinese New Year/Mid Autumn/Mother's Day): Due to the high volume of deliveries per day, delivery timings may be from 12pm to 9pm. Off peak season: 1pm to 6pm *
* if you require the delivery to be made at a special/allocated timing, please contact us directly and we will try our best to acoomodate.
What time can I collect my bakes from the store for self-pick up?
Peak season: You may collect them from 10am onwards till 6/7pm.
Off peak season: 11am to 2.30pm
Are you able to ship internationally?
Depending on the product and the quantity, we can work something out for our bakes to reach you when you are overseas.
